Bad Habits


Habits often creep up on us, and before we know it they are so entrenched they are really hard to change. They almost all happen at times when we’re distracted by something else, in some cases like teeth grinding even in our sleep, which makes it very difficult to consciously stop. Hypnosis, however, works on the subconscious, and so reaches the part of your mind that has control over your habits.
